Can i signup for each product by itself?

Yes, each product can be licensed by itself assuming that the product does not depend on another product.

How long are your contracts?

Our standard contract length is month-to-month.   For customer’s who commit to a full year with Blossom receive up to 20% discount.

Do you offer any discounts for schools and non-profit organizations?

Yes, we do!  We offer a 25% non-profit discount for our monthly and annual plans.

Can we pay by credit card or manual checks/wire transfer?

By default, we require purchases to be made by credit card to receive the discounted pricing. If you require paying by manual check/wire transfer, you may incur additional fees. Chat with your sales rep or email if you have any other questions.

How secure is my payment?

We use Stripe, a safe and trusted payment processor used by thousands of businesses. We take security very seriously and will always make sure your payment information is protected. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices are only provided on request for payments larger than $5,000.

Where can i find my receipts?

You can review your billing history and receipts in the Payments tab of your Dashboard. We also send all receipts to the e-mail address associated with your account. To change this e-mail address or get a copy of your receipt, please contact

How do i cancel my Blossom subscription plan?

IMPORTANT: If you cancel your Blossom paid plan, all your Blossom data will be deleted.

You can “Request to Cancel” inside the Payments tab of your Blossom dashboard. An Blossom representative will confirm your cancellation, and you will have access to your Blossom account until the end of your billing period.

Unfortunately, we do not process refunds if your billing period has passed & we do not prorate usage for individual months!

What is included in the Blossom Live service?

We have multiple options available for our Blossom Live Service.  For more details, check out Blossom Live pricing.

Can i rent a HaloCam setup for my event?

Yes; however, we only rent them in our Blossom Live available markets.  Contact us at if you are interested in offering our service in your city.

Can I buy a HaloCam setup?

HALOCAM hardware is only sold to Blossom resell partners, please contact us if you are interested in becoming a reseller.

Do you offer a non-profit discount for the event plan?

We do not offer a non-profit discount for the event plan. We do offer a 25% non-profit discount for our monthly and annual plans.

Should i buy the event plan on the day of my event?

No. You can purchase your event plan anytime before the start of your event. We recommend doing this at least 24 hours before your event so you can customize and test your Blossom.

How often is content updated in the production hub?

While “inactive” your Blossom will update every 3 hours. On the day of your event, when your BLOSSOM updates are activated, your update times will be under 1 minute.

What happens to the Blossom after my event is over?

Your Blossom will revert to inactive mode. You will still be able to access your analytics for 7 days after your event.

What else do i need to display Blossom on a screen?

You’ll need a computer (laptop or desktop) connected to the internet AND connected to a TV or projector. You can connect to your screens through a hard line (recommended) or Chromecast.

If you have many screens, you may need to contact your AV team and ask how you can display a web URL on multiple screens.  The recommended internet speed is 5Mb/s+

What kind of support do i get for my event?

How many Blossom boards do i get?

You will be able to create 1 Blossom board, which you can customize with multiple themes. You can add up to 12 connections on that board. When creating multiple customizations, you will use the same content and a different theme.

What are the technology specs?

Everything we do is cloud based.  So long as you can display a website, you can display Blossom.

In most cases, you can simply connect a laptop that is displaying your url to a tv or projector and you’re all set.
