Behind The Scenes
Increase engagement with a customized hashtag that attendees could connect to the Summit, at any time during the events. During studio breakout sessions, attendees could ask questions via Twitter using #WeMoveYouForward, which would then be displayed on a giant screen for other attendees to see, as the moderators discussed the answers.
Utilizing the Event Hub,
NALIP showcase real-time attendee content,
throughout the event on the JumboTron,
as well as the event TV’s.
By integrating the HALOCAM Photobooth into its conference, NALIP captured amazing attendee content, which they showcased live on the event screens and on their website community page.
The event was a huge success, with participation exceeding expectations throughout the event. NALIP also saw and increased engagement in the Summit social media presence as well as help promoted the work of their Latino Producers.
The use of Blossom Social helped the Summit transcend the audience and brought the information online for the entire community. The use of Twitter in the breakout sessions for Q&A increased both on and offline participation in attendees, a huge hit as they received more questions than they had planned for.
