Customer Success Consultant - Los Angeles

Blossom is looking for an organized, detailed-oriented, experienced customer success person to help service and manage our clients. We’re a results-oriented group looking for someone that will hit the ground running. Lots of opportunity for the right person to participate in and strongly influence sales, product and strategy discussions and decisions. Compensation to include base salary and stock options.

Your experience

  • Several years of customer success and/or account management experience successfully servicing customers of a digital/online technology application
  • Strong Excel and email communication skills and at least a working knowledge of HTML, CSS and SaaS technologies
  • Experience working within the media, digital advertising or online publishing realm a big plus
  • At least 2-10+ years work experience
  • College degree preferable
